World War Memorial Park make over captured on time-lapse in Grantham
It’s always nice for us to get involved with some of the exciting projects we get to film and Wyndham Park is one of those projects.
Robert Woodhead, one of our construction clients, has worked with South Kesteven District Council to bring its World War One Memorial Park back to its former glory.
Woodhead worked closely with the Council to ensure the park was brought back to life, creating facilities for the thousands of visitors it receives annually and enabling a fantastic future for this park.
Woodhead felt this would be the perfect heritage project to show off using time-lapse footage and so we were approached to support on the project.
You’ll see on this clip that we start off with some basic video footage taken at the park prior to any work starting. This is always effective one films like this as the before and after of these sort of restorations always give a dramatic impact.
This time-lapse is taken from the start of the project and currently doesn’t show the fully finished result as the project is yet to be completed. However, this shows how you can capture your project at any point to see its progress and record the development over any given time frame.
This can be really useful to show to clients or investors of a project who perhaps can’t be on site for geographical reasons, maybe they are based much further away or even in another country. time-lapse can bring projects to life in a way that is easily shared through technology.
We have also added in banners and footage at the beginning and end with the clients details and logos as well as any funders or partners of the project.
