We have been working with Woodhead Group now for over six years, and we’ve loved every second. Not just for the company’s ethos and values, but for the projects it works on and the clients it works with.
No greater example can be the work Woodhead has done over the years alongside social housing provider, Nottingham City Homes (NCH). The biggest social housing provider outside London, NCH is a key player in driving forward the city’s Building a Better Nottingham programme, transforming neighbourhoods and creating homes and places where people want to live.
Woodhead has been at the heart of this drive, already building over 150 new homes for NCH customers over the past five years.
Over the years we have carried out a range of work with the Building a Better Nottingham programme, from managing the PR for the scheme for over seven years, to installing our timelapse cameras onto some of the bigger projects, photography, ground filming and drone photography.
We’ve been honoured to yet again be asked to be involved in two of Woodhead’s latest projects in the city of Nottingham, the Marlstones development in Bulwell and the Knights Close site in Top Valley.
Both schemes are using disused areas of land and creating in total 33 family homes and a retail unit.
We have already visited both the sites at the start of the scheme to capture the ‘before’ drone filming and photography, highlighting what the site looked like before from overhead. This will enable us to give a direct comparison at the end of the build. We have also done some ground filming and interviews with key partners in the programme, as well as some basic photography to showcase a ground-breaking ceremony at the Marlstones site.
If you’re looking for Nottingham drone photography or videography, then look no further. Co-owner, Mark Hitchings, is fully CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) qualified, works with high quality footage, and can create fascinating films using our state of the art editing suite.
